Transport and Due Diligence Advisory Services

The objective of this procurement is to engage the services of transport advisor/s with significant experience in the aviation and or long distance coach industries and a due diligence advisor to:

Transport Advisor (Aviation)
• Assist in developing the criteria used to evaluate offers received through a competitive tender process that align with the TMR’s objectives
• Provide expert advice on the aviation industry and transport benchmarks during the evaluation and negotiation phases of the competitive tender process
• Undertake comprehensive analysis and modelling on offers received to determine the offeror that best meets the pre determined evaluation criteria

Transport Advisor (Long Distance Coach)
• Assist in developing the criteria used to evaluate offers received through the competitive tender process that align with the State’s objectives
• Provide expert advice on the long distance coach industry and transport benchmarks during the evaluation and negotiation phases of the competitive tender process
• Undertake comprehensive analysis and modelling on offers received to determine the offeror that best meets the pre determined evaluation criteria

Due Diligence Advisor
• Provide expert advice and guidance on the appropriate due diligence assessment to be carried out on selected offerors to validate their stability and financial viability
• Undertake the approved recommended due diligence assessment on selected offerors to validate their organisational stability and financial viability
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on each supplier following the completion of the due diligence process
• Present findings in line with the evaluation criteria utilised during the tender process
