Supply of Consulting Services – Tasmanian government whole of State business case assessment for major energy projects

This RFT seeks to engage a strategic consultant to deliver expert consulting services to inform and advise the Tasmanian Government on a range of strategic matters regarding the development of proposed energy sector major projects, including a whole of state assessment of progressing major energy related projects against a range of criteria. This assessment must consider key opportunities, risks, sequencing implications, and alternative future scenarios.

The successful consultant may also be required to prepare a business case document/s and a decision making framework from which investment decisions can be considered by the Government.
