Transport Portfolio Land and Property Services (TPLPS) – Surveying Services

PTA requires the services of experienced land surveyors to provide a range of plans for various PTA projects within the passenger and freight rail networks, including the delivery of Metronet works. An understanding of both crown and freehold land and survey requirements is essential. Familiarity with Railway land tenure is preferable, together with a working knowledge of other government land tenure. Holding the appropriate rail accreditation to access the PTA passenger and Arc Freight Rail Networks for survey purposes is desirable but not essential. Surveyors will need to have experience in addressing Landgate plan audit registration requirements. Services to be provided include, but not limited to; feature surveys, Plans for the purpose of registering caveats, Lease/licence plans, including for registration purposes, WAPC subdivision applications, Deposited Plans both crown and freehold, including those for compulsory acquisition of interests in land, Interest only Deposited Plans for registration of easements or their surrenderrail freight corridor amendments,Interest only Deposited Plans for contamination Memorials including withdrawal of memorials as well and Deposited Plans to support the registration of an interest in land for subterranean railway tunnels and associated interests (eg easements, restrictive covenants etc).
