Provision of Cleaning Services

Central Institute of Technology comprises of four campuses, East Perth, Perth, Leederville and Mount Lawley and two satellite buildings within Clarkson and Mirrabooka. Central Institute of Technology has a requirement for the provision of cleaning services at the following premises:

• Building 3, 14 Aberdeen Street, Perth;
• Building 4, 133 Newcastle Street, Perth;
• Building 5, 12 Aberdeen Street, Perth;
• Building 6, 19 Aberdeen Street, Perth; and
• Building 7, 27-29 Museum Street, Perth.

1. Satellite Sites

• 22 Chesterfield Road, Mirrabooka; and
• 237 Ocean Keys Boulevard, Clarkson.
