WA Country Health Service South West (WACHS-SW), requires the refurbishment of Bridgetown Hospital (BTH) and Collie Health Service (CHS) kitchens.
The scope of the refurbishment has largely been determined by the need to address food audit recommendations and to refurbish the facility, within budget of allocated project funding.
The aim is to provide compliant functional kitchen space and food services, safe preparation, handling, serving and storage of food for the patients and staff at BTH and CHS.
The scope of the works is for the refurbishment to be focused on the minimum infrastructure/maintenance required to achieve base level of compliance.
