ZPA1331621 - Operation of Perth Zoo fixed Food and Beverage Outlets

The proposed contract is to operate the following catering outlets across the Zoo (refer to Facilities in Appendix 1 for a detailed description):

• The newly renovated Wild Art Café (WAC), located close to the entrance of the Zoo. This will be a Coffee, Ice Cream, Cold Drink and retail snack venue that services visitors as they enter and leave the Zoo precinct;
• The Streets Solar Kiosk servicing the main Zoo Lawn with Ice Creams and Beverages; and,
• The Savannah Hut and Rhino retail outlets, which are opened during peak visitation periods to scale up and down as demand requires
