Description
The proposed contract is to supply and deliver manufactured boat stands for the Two Rocks Marina boat lifting operation.
Currently, the site is using construction grade acrow props in size 00 and size 01 in addition to engineered keel stands, yacht cradles and cut wooden blocks.
There is currently no legislation regarding the correct equipment to be used for boat stacking however, the Marina Industries Association (MIA), who are the responsible authority in WA for the Straddle Carriers certificate which is undertaken by all boat lifter operators, recommend the use of boat stands manufactured for the purpose of stacking vessels.
