The works project comprises two (2) new car parking areas at Peel Health Campus (PHC) including the following major elements:.
- Construction of a staff car park of 157 bays, circulation space & access road.
- Construction of a public car park of 68 bays and circulation space.
- Both parking areas include associated pedestrian areas, stormwater drainage, electrical (street lighting) and CCTV works.
