INVITATION TO OFFER NO. AQ 040/2018 - Vertical Transportation Maintenance Services

Suppliers are invited by the State of Queensland, acting through the Department of Environment and Science through Arts Queensland (the Customer) to submit an offer for Invitation To Offer (ITO) number AQ 040/2018.

The purpose of this ITO is to identify suitable and licensed Suppliers who have the resources, expertise and technology to provide a quality and efficient service including provision of spare parts to maintaining the reliability of all vertical units, comprising of Goods Lifts, Passenger Lifts, PWD Lifts, Dumbwaiters and Escalators as described in more detail in Part 2: Specification - Arts Property and Facilities Queensland, Arts Queensland Vertical Transportation Maintenance Specification of the ITO.

MANDATORY ATTENDANCES are required for the Indusdry Briefing and Site Visits as decribed in SECTION 4 below. Any Supplier who does not attend the MIB and Site inspections will not be eligible to submit an Offer for evaluation.
