Baret Role Based Messaging Solution for the State Health Operations Centre (SHOC) System Flow Centre

This Request seeks to establish a standing offer for the ongoing supply of the proprietary Baret RBM solution, being a configurable ‘off-the-shelf’ solution requiring minimal customisation. Messaging and collaboration in areas of the WA health system is generally performed by email, MS Teams, pagers and telephone conversations. There is a significant issue with messaging in that: ? The current method of communication does not enable health service providers and external partners to receive and send messages in a timely and efficient manner; ? Does not ensure that the message is being sent to the right person. Often messages are either sent to a large group which may or may not be relevant to all recipients; or sent to individuals who are no longer the correct recipient. Delays and/or incorrect message recipient cause delays and can impact upon the quality of patient care. An over “spamming” of messages can lead to message fatigue, resulting in relevant/pertinent messages being missed; ? Does not provide a close-loop communication mechanism; and ? Does not provide redundancy for existing communication devices. Customers will purchase from the standing offer as required, and based on individual requirements. This standing offer seeks to make the purchasing process easier for Customers and to maximise any savings through volumised pricing across the Health system. The Standing Offer includes for implementation services, training, support and maintenance services for WA Health Customers. The scope of this Request includes the following: 1. Software (hosted on Customer Infrastructure); 2. Optional Implementation/Deployment Services; 3. Optional Training; and 4. Optional Support and Maintenance.
