Cleaning Services for Northern Metro Based Facilities - Group 4

WA Police is seeking provision of cleaning services at the following sites:

- 110 Yanchep Beach Road, Yanchep (Yanchep Police Station);

- 14 Ocean Keys Boulevard, Clarkson (Clarkson Police Station);

- 9 Reid Promenade, Joondalup (North West Metro Police Complex);

- Level 1, 5 Davidson Terrace, Joondalup (North West District Office);

- 114 Flinders Avenue, Hillarys (Hillarys Police Station);

- 37 Eddington Road, Warwick (Warwick Police Station); and

- 1 Friars Drive, Sinagra (Wanneroo Police Station).

Respondents are required to submit offers for ALL sites. WA Police will appoint ONE Contractor for all sites.
