Description
Procurement of an Optical Profiler for the Physical Metrology branch of NMI.
The Length Project within the Physical Metrology branch of the NMI require the procurement of a high accuracy optical profiler to increase their measuring capabilities to respond to and ensure they remain current with rapidly advancing manufacturing of small, complex precision components.
In addition, the optical profiler will be used to establish increased traceability (to the SI units) in the Bioanlysis lab for the dPCR tests.
