Legal Aid Commission of WA
Replacement Call Centre System for Legal Aid WA
Details
Description
Since 2008, InfoLine has operated via a hosted call centre service called Web Call-Centre operated by Telstra. LAWA has determined that the Web Call-Centre (Web CC) service does not have sufficient functionality to meet the present and future needs of the organisation.
LAWA is therefore seeking a hosted call-centre solution with minimal set up costs and ease of transitioning from the existing system. The proposed solution must have high availability, be scalable, have state-of-the-art functionality for agents and supervisors, have "IVR" capability (as in 'keyed' choices), have call recording, be able to provide the necessary 'real time' reporting and statistical reporting, and be capable of being integrated with LAWA's on-premise Cisco IP Call manager telephone system.
