Panel Arrangement for Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Auditors and Accreditation Reviewers (Panel Refresh)

The Department of Training and Work Force Development (the Department) requires additional panel members to be added to the existing panel of Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Auditors and Accreditation Reviewers. The TWDT02392019 was established in June 2020 and will expire in June 2023 with two (2) one (1) year extension options available.

The Panel was established to replace the existing panel arrangement for the Training Accreditation Council (TAC) to use on ‘as and when required’ basis.

Under this arrangement two panels were established to undertake audits of training providers and reviews of course accreditation submissions. The panels are for:

1. 1. RTO Auditors; and
   2. Accreditation Reviewers.

Please note:

1. Existing Panel Members are not required to submit Offers

1. All Respondents and/or specific personnel whom are owners, employees or board members of an RTO, an organisation seeking RTO status; or any other organisation directly involved in or contributing to making decisions about RTO registration or course accreditation issues are ineligible to participate in this contract due to perceived and potential issues of conflict;

1. with their duties as an auditor or reviewer; or
2. with their ability to provide impartial advice to the Council.
