Augusta Boat Harbour - Breakwaters and Bulk Earthworks Construction

The Principal intends to construct a boat harbour at Augusta at the location shown on the Attachment provided. The Principal has approval to open and operate a quarry at the site to supply rock material for the construction of the breakwaters and bulk earthworks for the harbour

The proposed Contract will include the following Works;

• Establishment, operation and decommissioning of the quarry;
• Construction of breakwaters and revetment walls using material from the Principal's quarry; and
• Earthworks using material from the Principal's quarry and imported fill as required

The successful Contractor shall be responsible for all temporary Works including design of temporary Works

The construction of the maritime structures (i.e. jetties, boat ramps) and civil works (i.e. roads, car parks and services) will not form part of the proposed Contract and will be undertaken as separate contracts.
