Description
The Territory is establishing the Community Assistance and Temporary Supports (CATS) program to give effect to a service landscape that is described in detail at Appendix A of this Statement of Requirements. To this end it requires a qualified and experienced service provider/s to deliver a program or programs (i.e., CATS-Funded Program/s) that provides Participants with:
(1) Temporary Low-Intensity Core Services and, as appropriate, Optional Services; and/or
(2) limited low-cost ($500 cap) equipment.
