The State Party is undertaking an Expression of Interest (EOI) process with respect to Property and Tenancy management services in addition to support aligned with the Housing First Supported Accommodation model in a facility for up to 30-35 individuals, including couples (with no children), currently experiencing chronic homelessness or rough sleeping, based in Perth city (acquisition currently being finalised).
