Provision of Services for Support and Maintenance of Metropolitan Business Centre Wi-Fi

The Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) business unit of the Department of Transport (DoT) is currently providing public Wi-Fi access to its customers in the licensing centres across the metropolitan area. The public Wi-fi is to allow customers who are in the licensing centres to be able to access the DoT website and conduct transactions on the site while they wait. The users will also access other external sites and public facing DoT websites.

The Department of Transport has a requirement for the Contractor to service and maintain existing Wi-Fi connections, install Wi-Fi in any new licensing centres, decommission Wi-Fi in any licensing centres that are closed and update any obsolete equipment at existing licensing centres.
