Next Step Home, Supported Housing Specialist Homelessness Service

The Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning and Public Works has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objective of procuring a service provider/s to deliver supported housing (and brokerage) services in accordance with the Homelessness Program Guidelines, Specifications and Requirements for the Next Step Home initiative. This initiative targets women exiting custody who are at risk of homelessness or at risk of not being released without suitable housing and improve their capacity to access and sustain long-term housing. The services will be delivered in South-East Queensland and Townsville from 1 December 2024 to 30 June 2028 with the initiative expanding to Cairns from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2028.
