Court Link Community Support Service

The purpose of this/these Service/s is to contract a place-based community support and transport support service for Court Link participants in Cairns and Ipswich. The services will be required to include access to a support worker and transportation opportunities for the participants they are working with.

The Service/s will deliver a range of activities including individual and practical support in the geographic catchments outlined below.

Court Link seeks to purchase services in the following locations:

• Ipswich City, including outreach to the following locations where necessary:
  • Fernvale; and
  • Lowood.
• Cairns local government area, including outreach to the following areas where necessary:
  • Mossman;
  • Mareeba; and
  • Atherton.
