Description
On Track to Thrive is a multi-agency collaborative initiative by the Departments of Justice, Health, Education, Communities and the WA Police Force. The program aims to provide an early intervention pathway for children aged five to nine years who have come into contact with police due to behaviour that would be considered criminal, if not for their age.
