Wellbeing Services for FCFCOA

The FCFCOA is seeking to engage a provider to deliver an ongoing program of proactive wellbeing supports and services for Judges and Senior Judicial Registrars. It is intended that through the engagement of an appropriate Service Provider the FCFCOA will continue to be able to offer targeted, tailored wellbeing services which recognises that Judges and Senior Judicial Registrars hearing complex matters require support and regular opportunities to debrief to promote wellbeing and best practice, to avoid risk of vicarious trauma and burnout.

The Service Provider will also be required to report to the FCFCOA about workplace issues and organisational trends identified in the course of providing wellbeing services, without disclosing confidential information pertaining to Recipients.
