Description
As part of the Fitzgerald River National Park Improvement Project, the Department of Environment and Conservation (DEC) is upgrading the coastal walk trail in the Fitzgerald River National Park (FRNP) from Point Ann to Hamersley Inlet. This will involve defining and constructing a walking trail along the coast line.
DEC requires an Aboriginal Heritage Survey for the above-mentioned project. The purpose of the survey is to investigate and make recommendations for managing Aboriginal heritage sites that may be affected by the proposed project. The survey is to be conducted in accordance with the Western Australian Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972.
