Description
The Department of National Parks Sport and Racing (NPSR) requires the services of an experience locally operated cleaning contractor to maintain the professional image of Townsville Sport and Recreation Precinct (TSRP) and to ensure the venue is routinely cleaned in a consistent manner.
TSRP is a 67636m2 (6.7636 Ha) area Queensland Government facility which is managed by NPSR by way of Sport and Recreation Services (SRS). The facility is located approximately 2km from the Townsville CBD and Strand Beach, at 3–9 Redpath Street, North Ward. TSRP is comprised of the Townsville Sports House (TSH) and the Townsville Sports Reserve (TSR).
