Description

Consumer Protection is looking to procure the services of an external consultant to undertake an Independent review of the Tenancy Advice and Education Services (TAES) and complete a substantial proportion of the research that will inform the long-term approach to addressing the future community need of TAES throughout the State. Broadly the requirements will be to examine the existing TAES program, analyse the demand and supply variables impacting on the provision of TAES to inform the Customer on potential preferred locations and modes of delivery,the priority services and clients
