Description
The Department of Justice and Attorney-General requires a lead supplier to partner with one or more supplier/s (as sub-contractors) to deliver the services addressed within this Invitation to Offer (ITO), with at least one organisation (lead or subcontracted) to be an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Controlled organisation.
The following services are required to be delivered under this Invitation to Offer (ITO).
- Specialist counselling in domestic violence and sexual violence including children’s domestic and family violence counselling and women’s health and wellbeing supports.
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women and children wellbeing services to deliver domestic violence and sexual violence specialist services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families affected by violence.
- Domestic and Family Violence Perpetrator Intervention Service to deliver a men’s behavioural change program and perpetrator court based support.
- Integrated Service System including High Risk Team Coordination to deliver an integrated service system response to domestic, family and sexual violence.
This tender comprises of various components to the broader Mount Isa and Gulf Region Domestic, Family, and Sexual Violence recommissioning project.
