Description
The Department of Justice requires the provision of services to supply, configure and support the rollout of a Workforce Management System (WFM). The Department requires a suitable software option to manage the rostering function needs across various custodial facilities, serving approximately 2600 employees with the following functionality -
• Advanced scheduling capability
• Absence management
• Time and attendance
• Award interpret (multiple awards)
• Live operational reporting
• Integration with key departmental systems such as HCM and Data warehouse
