- Scope of Services
The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and competent organisation to act as an Independent Safety Assessor (ISA), during the delivery of the MEL and BST Projects. The ISA shall perform the services as described within the attached PTA210034 - Independent Safety Assessor Brief in an independent and impartial manner, to ensure that the MEL and BST Projects, as implemented by the PTA, are acceptably safe to operate and maintain. This will include meeting the compliance requirements of the Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator (ONRSR) and statutory requirements defined in the Rail Safety National Law and National Regulations.
