Description
The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage (the Department) currently owns and manages approximately 7000 hectares of broad acre land and approximately 300 WAPC owned residential and commercial properties located throughout the Perth Metropolitan Area.
The Department is also responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and lodgement at Landgate of interest only deposited plans (IODPs)that identify the area of places included in the State Register of Heritage Places (the Register), or otherwise identified or protected by the Heritage of Western Australia Act 1990, where the area does not follow cadastral boundaries. This may also involve liaising on crown land subdivisions where the land has not previously been surveyed. The IODPs are required so that memorials can be lodged on the certificate of title.
The Department is seeking Offers for suitably licensed and experienced Contractors to provide surveying services on an as and when required basis, as detailed in this Request.
