Cleaning of Railway Institute Building, Chief Mechanical Engineers Building (common areas only) and Portable Toilet Facilities in Workshop Site Block I

The MRA is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out the provision of cleaning services of the Railway Institute Building, Chief Mechanical Engineers Building (common areas only) and portable toilet facilities in the Workshops Site Block I and invites quotations from organisations that could provide these services. Cleaning services are required on a daily, weekly and ad-hoc basis.

A mandatory site inspection will be conducted at:
Railway Institute Building, corner Helena Street and Yelverton Drive, MIDLAND WA 6056

Failure to attend the Request briefing will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration. A register of attendees will be maintained for the mandatory briefing session. In order for their offer to be considered valid, Respondents must register under the same company name that they intent to submit their offer.
