Background
The Lotteries Commission of Western Australia (trading as Lotterywest) is Western Australia's state owned and operated Lottery.
Lotterywest is seeking to replace its current Gaming and Supports System contract, inclusive of Point-of-Sale Retailer Operator Terminals and Peripheral Devices, and associated technology, infrastructure and support services. Lotterywest is also considering options regarding its front-end digital interfaces.
This formal Request For Tender (RFT) invites Respondents to bid for one or both of the following (with the ability for the market to form consortia / subcontracting arrangements):
Gaming Solution (lottery core gaming system, core gaming system interfaces and lottery point of sale devices) and associated Services;
Digital Solution (player website and player applications) and associated Services.
Respondents must note that the issue of a contract for the Digital Solution is optional for this procurement and is at the absolute discretion of Lotterywest.
