Description
A key action under the NSW Homelessness Strategy 2018-2023 is to identify people who are at risk of homelessness early, particularly young people. One way the Department of Communities and Justice is doing this is through universal screening in schools. Our Universal Screening and Supports (USS) Pilot is being trialled in two areas of high disadvantage - Mount Druitt and Albury. The aim of the Pilot is to improve outcomes and address issues that may lead young people to become homeless or disengage from school.This contract disclosure is in relation to the Albury contract wth Yes Unlimited.
