This Invitation to offer is a Standing Offer Arrangement for the Provision of Linemarking Services on roads in the Wide Bay Region between 1 July 2013 and 30 June 2014 with an option to extend for 2 x 12 months. The decision to exercise this extension will be at the discretion of the Principal, subject to the agreement of all parties.
