Details
Description
About Queensland Health
To ensure Queenslanders receive the best possible care, Queensland Health – through the Department of Health and 16 independent Hospital and Health Services – encourages innovation and enhancement in the delivery of health services.
Servicing over 4.8 million people across approximately 1.853 million square kilometres, Queensland Health is investing in establishing a digital health system that offers integrated services with timely, secure and reliable access to patient information across both public and private care providers.
About the opportunity
Queensland Health wants to lay the foundation for continuous innovation in healthcare, both now and for future generations as pathology, forensic and public and environmental health requirements evolve.
Under this Request for Offer, Queensland Health is seeking offers for the supply, design, build, test, deployment and support of a Laboratory Information System (LIS) solution. We are looking for capability beyond a traditional core LIS solution; our scope includes pathology, forensic and public and environmental health. We are looking to enter into a strategic arrangement with innovative suppliers capable of delivering outcomes across this spectrum.
