Description
The WA health system has PABX (Private Automatic Branch Exchange) systems across the Perth metropolitan area. These systems are in place to enable an integrated telephony solution where staff can reliably communicate with each other. HSS has identified that there is an ongoing requirement to support these on-premise PABX systems over the next five (5) years. During this time, HSS intends to transition HSPs onto a more modern telephony solution prior to NECs 31st March 2030 End of Support (EOS) date.
