This contract is for the delivery of the Family Preservation Programs. This program serves as an early intervention initiative designed to provide support aimed at ensuring that children and young individuals remain safely within their homes alongside their families. The objectives of family preservation programs are:• More children and young people remain safely at home with their families and in their communities• More children and young people are healthy, thriving and have improved long-term outcomes• Vulnerable families can access the right supports at the right time• The system can respond to a variety of complex needs across all areas of safety and wellbeing
