Drainage Improvements Beach Road - Mitchell Freeway

The scope of work includes earthworks, drainage installation, pavement, bituminous surfacing, and traffic facilities as outlined in the design drawings. Key tasks involve preparing traffic management plans, identifying and protecting existing services on-site, and installing five new combination pits. The drainage system will include the installation of approximately 10m of 450mm class 2 RCP and 18m of 600mm class 2 RCP, with measures to repair or reinstate any impacted W-beam safety barriers. The work will ensure drainage pipes are properly positioned, avoiding clashes with W-beam posts. Pavement, surfacing, and kerbing will be reinstated where needed, and all works will comply with Main Roads Standards.
