The Community Housing Leasing Program (CHLP) provides private market rental subsidies for the provision of social housing through registered Community Housing Providers. Under the CHLP Link Housing Ltd was awarded the contract through a limited negotiation, non-tender process for a term of 95 months and a value of $7,146,771 inclusive of GST to deliver 24 properties under the SHS program, and 83 properties under the Together Home Program.
