Description
Materials Engineering Branch intend to replace 2 Universal Load Testing Machines Materials Laboratories. The Universal Load Testing Machines are used to perform various National Association Testing Authority (NATA) accredited Soils Test used in pavement construction. The Universal Load Testing machines will be electrical operated with fully adjustable load rate and displacement indicator. The stand alone controller must have the ability to capture the load output and displacement and download into existing Excel worksheets.
