This Request seeks the services of an organisation to deliver a Community and Neighbourhood Development Service in High Wycombe.
Community and Neighbourhood Development Services work with their local community to build capacity and respond to community need. Strategies provide opportunities for individuals to participate in community activities, and enhance their connectedness to their community. Services provide opportunities for individuals and families to develop skills and knowledge and build on their strengths to manage their own lives, to build self-esteem and personal development, and enhance interactions within the neighbourhood.
Services are provided on a universal basis to reflect the unique and diverse needs of individuals and families living in the community who may require different types, and levels, of support. This includes those that are vulnerable or socially isolated.
