Department of Health - State Health Operations Centre

State Health Operations Centre (SHOC).

Department of Health are establishing a new State Health Operations Centre (SHOC) within an existing building in the Perth CBD. The works under this contract will consist of the refurbishment and fit-out of two floors, one consisting of approx. 1090m2 of internal space and 310m2 of external space and the other consisting of approx. 1070m2 of internal space to create office accommodation for a new State Health Operations Centre for Department of Health.

The works will include:

• Minor demolition of existing fit-out and services to accommodate the new works
• Fit-out of 2 x floors to include new offices, open plan operations areas, meeting rooms, staff breakout, communications and ancillary areas
• New roof structure and upgrade works to external balcony
• Modifications and extension to existing base build mechanical, hydraulic and fire services to suit the new layout
• New electrical and audio-visual services

The works will be carried out at Level 3 and 10 of the Telstra Wellington Street Exchange Building in accordance with the drawings and/or included in the specification.

Visiting The Site

A non-mandatory site inspection and tender briefing will be held on Tuesday 16th April 2024 at 2 pm.

All attendees must wear full Personal Protective Equipment (protective clothing, hard hat, work boots and high visibility vest).

The tender briefing will provide tenderers the opportunity to clarify any tender enquiries they have in relation to the tender in person prior to the closing of the tender.

Attendance by tenderers is not mandatory.
