Description
The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) is seeking the provision of cleaning services at the District Office in Albany, Western Australia.
Contract cleaning is required to ensure a clean and safe workplace for employees and visitors. The current contract is due to expire in January 2024.
The services consist of both regular and periodic cleaning, for a period of two years. There will be three extension options, each option being of one-year duration, exercisable at the absolute discretion of the Customer.
A Mandatory Site Briefing is to be held on Thursday 23rd November 2023 at 10:30am (WST) at 444 Albany Highway, Albany WA.
