Description
WorkPlace (the Program / Program) is a post release support program for men leaving custody. The WorkPlace program will provide 12-week transitional accommodation and wrap around support services with a focus on assisting Program Participants (Participants) to transition to suitable longer-term accommodation and employment.
Program design will focus on creating a purposeful environment with a focus on active program participation and positive engagement.
The WorkPlace Program will operate from an existing facility on Jonal Drive, Cavan SA, providing suitable residential accommodation for 36 Participants at any one time. The Supplier will be responsible for the activation, 24/7 operation and management and service delivery of the facility.
