Remediation Works at Multiple Lots on East Street and Canning Highway, East Fremantle

The Department is preparing a development site located along Canning Highway in East Fremantle (see Attachment 1 – Site Photo) as part of the Housing Diversity Pipeline (HDP) program. The site comprises six individual lots (Lots 14-19) with a combined area of approximately 3,665 m2 (inclusive of land reserved for future road widening) located along Canning Highway in East Fremantle.
