NON-MANDATORY TENDER BRIEFING:
A Tender Briefing session is being held as follows:
Date and time: Monday 19th of May 2014
Location: Optima Building (ground floor - Town Hall), 16 Parkland Road Osborne Park
The briefing will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties with the contact person prior to the closing of the Tender.
MANDATORY BRIEFINGS/SITE INSPECTIONS:
Tenderers must attend the mandatory guided tours of sample properties as follows:
Site Inspection 1: 151 Royal Street, East Perth Government Offices (189 Royal St East Perth), and Albert Facey House (469 Wellington St East Perth).
Date and Time: Thursday 22nd May 2014 at 9.00am
Instructions: Meet in reception area at 151 Royal St East Perth for a tour of the East Perth Government Offices and Albert Facey House.
Site Inspection 2: Building Information System (BIS) presentation followed by tour of Dumas House (2 Havelock Street West Perth)
Date and Time: Friday 23rd May 2014 at 9.00am
Instructions: Meet in foyer at Dumas House for the Business Information Services (BIS) presentation (approx. 45 minutes) followed by a tour of Dumas House.
