This Request specifies the requirement of the Department for Communities (DfC) for the provision of regular cleaning services at the Department's premises located at 28 Alvin Street, Mt Lawley WA. The contract is for an initial period of six (6) months with two (2) x one (1) year extension options exercisable at the absolute discretion of DfC.
