Description of the goods and services to be provided
Vertical Telecoms Pty Limited (trading as Vertel) will provide managed telecommunications network services for NSW Ambulance across the Far West Radio Network (FWRN), Murray West Network, and associated backhaul networks. Services include ongoing network monitoring, management, and maintenance, fault management and incident response (remote and on‑site), annual Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMIs), management of a spares pool, and coordination of third‑party satellite services where applicable. Vertel will also provide professional services to support network upgrades, technology refreshes, and changes to network configuration over the contract term.
