The service is needed to ensure all recovery activities meet regulatory and legislative obligations while maintaining respectful and effective communication with customers. Gippsland Water refers approximately 340 files each month for debt recovery campaigns, with this figure expected to increase. The successful provider will enhance Gippsland Water’s communication efforts and improve recovery outcomes by conducting structured and timely contact attempts with customers.
