Cleaning Services for Staff Housing and the Ballard Lodge Cancer Care Accommodation Units in Albany

WA Country Health Service Great Southern (WACHS GS) requires the provision of cleaning services for staff housing at various locations across the Albany area and the Ballard Lodge Cancer Care Accommodation Units (referred to Ballard Lodge hereafter in this Request).
Staff Housing
Cleaning services are required to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness for all staff housing premises to ensure a safe and sustainable environment. WACHS GS aims to provide its visiting clinical and medical personnel with a high-quality living environment that is safe and clean.
WACHS GS currently has 60 properties reserved for staff housing in Albany. It should be noted that the number of properties is variable and dependent on a number of factors
Ballard Lodge
Cleaning is also required at Ballard Lodge, pre and post occupancy by people attending cancer related treatments and appointments in Albany and their carers and families. Ballard Lodge has six units and it is essential that this cleaning occurs in a timely manner by qualified personnel so as to ensure a high standard of cleanliness that is commensurate with occupant needs.
