Tenders are invited from suitably qualified Consultants to develop a Master Plan for the Rail Precinct at Mayne, Brisbane. The objectives of the Master Plan are to: (1) Identify & analyse current constraints for current and future use of the overall precinct; (2) Develop three alternate re-development options to support our long-term business needs to 2031; and (3) Develop implementation and staging plans for each option, as well as individual cost plans.
